秦陵地宮展覽館，又稱秦陵地宮，位於“千古一帝”秦始皇帝陵西側大約2公里。這是一個人造景點，是秦陵地宮展覽館正門根據司馬遷對秦陵地宮的描述所建。秦陵地宮佔地面積16650平方米，建築面積4500平方米，分為上下兩層，通高25.7米，其中地下8.7米，整體以橫剖縱貫的手法，再現了秦始皇陵陵園地貌和地宮，向遊人展示了二千多年前秦始皇陵的輝煌雄偉和壯觀氣勢。

展館依據大量文獻記載、考古發現和民間傳說所提供的資料，結合現代旅遊需求，運用聲、光、電等現代科學技術和雕塑、美術、古建等多種藝術手法，模擬秦始皇帝陵地面陵區和地宮上下兩層的形式，在4000餘平方米的內部空間，濃縮表現了秦始皇帝陵的歷史全貌，使遊客置身其中，親眼目睹秦陵“千古之迷”，如影如幻，觀賞秦漢建築風彩，瀏覽秦代民風民俗，祭祀禮儀，領略中華民族歷史文化的源遠流長博大精深。
