Beijing City Central Youth Hostel is located at the northwest corner of Beijing Zhan Qianjie, across from the Beijing Railway Station. The bus terminal, airport shuttle bus stop and taxi stands are next to the railway station, and Beijing Zhan subway station (Exit A) is just outside the door.
On the first and second floors levels you'll find a 24-hour supermarket, breakfast bar, coffee lounge, ATM, IC/IP phones, express film processing, and a post office, while on the third floor you will find areas to relax, cook and much more.
This is the largest, best located and highest standard hostel in Beijing, every room has central air conditioning and individual controls. The guest rooms on the third to sixth floors include suites, double rooms, single rooms, four- and eight- bunk dormitories.
Around the nearby Henderson Centre are fast food outlets plus an abundance of cheap and cheerful 'homestyle' restaurants in the area. The Henderson Centre also houses a department store, and in the vicinity you'lll find medical clinics, dental care, pharmacies, bookstores, and souvenir shops. ATM facilities can be found in the many banks along Jianguo Men Nei Dajie, just to the north of the hostel.
The hostel adjoins the central business districts of Dong Dan and Wangfujing, where you can find every imaginable eatery, from exquisite Cantonese restaurants to simple street stalls.
Tian'an Men Square, the Forbidden City (Gu Gong), The Temple of Heaven (Tian Tan), the Ancient Observatory (Gu Guanxiang Tai), Bei Hai Park, Tai Miao, and Wangfujing Dajie shopping street are all a short ride from the hostel.
